Terms & Conditions for TradeWeb™ Live Referral Programme 2026 (Singapore)

  1. Eligibility
    1. The Referral Programme is open to existing customers of TradeWeb™ Live (“Referrer”).
    2. Referred company ("Referred Customer") must be a new TradeWeb™ Live customer who has not previously registered with TradeWeb™ Live.
     
  2. Referral Process
    1. Referred Customer must sign up using the CrimsonLogic TradeWeb™ Live Referral Programme 2026 Form within the campaign period (17 August 2026 to 31 October 2026).
    2. Referred Customer must state the name and organisation of the Referrer in the sign-up form for the referral to be valid.
    3. By submitting the referral form, the Referred Customer confirms that it consents to being contacted by CrimsonLogic in connection with the Referral Programme.
    4. Referrer may make multiple referrals and be entitled to multiple rewards, subject to the total number of rewards available to be disbursed.
     
  3. Referral Rewards
    1. Referrer will receive a $100 eCapitaVoucher for each successful referral.
    2. Referred Customer will receive a $100 eCapitaVoucher for the successful referral.
    3. A referral is considered successful only when the Referred Customer has successfully completed onboarding.
    4. The reward will be issued to the Referrer and Referred Customer within twenty-one (21) working days after the Referred Customer has completed onboarding.
    5. Referrer and Referred Customer will be notified by email once the reward has been issued.
    6. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items. Rewards are subject to the issuer’s terms, conditions, validity period, and redemption rules.
    7. If the same Referred Customer is referred by more than one Referrer, CrimsonLogic will recognise only the first valid referral received through the official referral form, as determined by CrimsonLogic’s records.
    8. Only the first ten (10) successful Referrer-Referred Customer pairs will be eligible to receive the rewards.
    9. The reward structure and the value of rewards may be subject to change at CrimsonLogic's discretion.
     
  4. Misuse of the Referral Programme
    1. Referrals must be made in good faith for the purpose of establishing a long-term business relationship.
    2. This Referral Programme is not available to resellers or any individual or entity that subscribes to TradeWeb™ Live with the intent to resell.
    3. CrimsonLogic reserves the right to withhold, cancel, refuse or recover any reward where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, misconduct, breach of these Terms, or ineligibility (e.g., self-referrals, fraudulent accounts).
     
  5. Termination and Changes
    1. CrimsonLogic reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Programme at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion.
     
  6. Liability
    1. CrimsonLogic is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Referrer or Referred Customer during the referral process.
    2. CrimsonLogic will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the suspension, variation, or termination of this Referral Programme.
     
  7. Privacy
    1. All personal information collected as part of the Referral Programme will be used in accordance with CrimsonLogic's Privacy Policy.
    2. By participating in the Referral Programme, both Referrer and Referred Customer consent to their data being processed for the purpose of the Referral Programme. 
     
  8. Agreement to Terms
    1. Participation in the Referral Programme constitutes an agreement to these terms and conditions.
    2. CrimsonLogic reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
     
  9. General
    1. All decisions made by CrimsonLogic in relation to the Referral Programme, including eligibility, qualification, reward entitlement and dispute resolution, shall be final and binding.
    2. By participating in the Referral Programme, Referrer and Referred Customer agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth by CrimsonLogic.
