This policy establishes a framework for setting and reviewing security objectives and aligns with our organizational values, code of conduct, and applicable laws and regulations. 

We commit to the following principles: 

• Preventing security incidents by proactively identifying and mitigating risks; 

• Ensuring all personnel and contractors understand and fulfill their security responsibilities; 

• Regularly assessing security threats and implementing appropriate control measures; • Integrating security practices into all relevant business processes and operational activities; 

• Preparing for and responding effectively to security-related disruptions or emergencies; 

• Promoting awareness, competence, and accountability through training and communication; 

• Ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and other security requirements; 

• Investigating and learning from incidents to prevent recurrence; 

• Considering potential adverse impacts of our security policies, objectives, and programs on other areas of the organization to maintain balance and overall effectiveness. 

• Continuously improving the effectiveness of the Security Management System. 

The Policy is maintained as documented information, communicated internally across all levels of the organization, and made available to interested parties, as appropriate. 

The policy is reviewed at planned intervals and whenever significant changes occur such as mergers, acquisitions, or business scope expansion to ensure its ongoing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
