  1. What is the difference between TradeWeb™ Live and TradeNet?

    TradeWeb™ Live is a front-end service for permit declarations under CrimsonLogic eTrade (Asia) Pte Ltd. It is a portal where you will submit all declarations. TradeNet, on the other hand, is the back-end system under Singapore Customs (maintained by Crimsonlogic) that is responsible for approving or declining permit declarations. Both services are needed for permit declarations.

  2. Do I require installation on my computer for TradeWeb™ Live?

    There’s no installation required as it’s a web-based application. We’ll just need to set up an account for your company.

  3. What are the primary requirements for TradeWeb™ Live?

    TradeNet Declarant ID, which you can get after passing the Declarant Agent Competency exam by Singapore Customs.

  4. Are there any additional charges for support and troubleshooting of TradeWeb Live™?

    We provide free office hours support (Mon to Fri. 9am to 6pm) via @email.

  5. What is the billing process? When will we be charged?

    You will be charged at the end of the month regardless of when the account was activated. It will be reflected in your payment records on the 2nd or 3rd day the following month.
