Campaign Title: Ratings & Review Campaign
Campaign Period: 1 July 2025, 00:00 to 31 August 2025, 23:59 (SGT)
1.1. This CrimsonLogic Ratings and Review Campaign (the “Campaign”) is open exclusively to trade business customers of the CrimsonLogic located in the APAC region (the “Participant”).
1.2. CrimsonLogic refers to CrimsonLogic group of companies.
1.3. Participant must be existing customer of CrimsonLogic as of the Campaign start date.
1.4. Employees of CrimsonLogic or any party directly involved in this Campaign are not eligible to participate.

2.2. Only reviews submitted within the Campaign Period (1 July to 31 August 2025) are eligible. However, reviews that are published after the Campaign ends due to platform moderation will still be considered valid – as long as they were submitted within the Campaign Period and meet all other eligibility criteria.
3.1. Eligible Participant will receive an SGD 30 GrabGifts digital voucher.
3.2. Each voucher will be distributed via a unique code generated by Grab, sent to the Participant’s email.
3.3. Only one reward will be issued per Participant, even if multiple reviews are submitted across different platforms.
3.4. Distribution of the digital vouchers will commence on 1 October 2025.
3.5. Only valid, verified reviews will qualify for a reward.
3.6. If Participant encounters issues with receiving or redeeming the gift card, please contact [email protected]. CrimsonLogic will assist by connecting the Participant with Grab’s support team.
3.7. Participant can also contact Grab’s support team directly.
4.1. CrimsonLogic reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all review submissions.
4.2. Submissions may be rejected or disqualified if they are incomplete, inappropriate, irrelevant, fraudulent, or violate the platform’s terms of use.
4.3. Only reviews deemed valid by CrimsonLogic and published by the platform will be considered.
4.4. Google reviews are typically published immediately, while G2, Capterra, and Gartner may require some time before publishing due to internal moderation.
5.1. CrimsonLogic reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Campaign at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
5.2. Reviews submitted before any cancellation, suspension, or modification will still be evaluated under the original terms and conditions.
5.3. CrimsonLogic reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Campaign’s official communication channel(s). It is the Participant’s responsibility to review the latest version of the Terms & Conditions.
6.1. By participating, you agree to provide CrimsonLogic with limited personal data, including your name, email address, and a screenshot of your review.
6.2. This data will be used solely for the Campaign-related purposes, including review verification, reward delivery, and internal reporting.
6.3. CrimsonLogic will handle your data in accordance with our official Privacy Policy.
7.1. CrimsonLogic makes no warranties regarding the availability or usability of the reward platform (Tremendous) and is not responsible for technical errors, delays, or third-party system failures.
7.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrimsonLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to participation in the Campaign or use of the reward.
7.3. Participants accept the reward at their own risk and acknowledge that CrimsonLogic shall not be held responsible for any issues, defects, or disputes arising after the reward has been delivered.
8.1. Participation in this Campaign constitutes a legal agreement to these terms and conditions.
8.2. Any disputes or issues arising from the Campaign will be resolved at CrimsonLogic’s discretion.
