Terms & Conditions for Switching Program (ASEAN)

  1. Eligibility
  • The switching program is open to businesses that are currently using a provider of similar services and are interested in switching to CrimsonLogic for such services.
  • Participants must provide proof of service engagement with its current provider to qualify for the program benefits. 
     
  1. Switching Process
  • Eligible participants must sign up for CrimsonLogic's services within the campaign period (4 July 2024 – 31 December 2024).
  • Participants must complete the onboarding process and activate their account with CrimsonLogic to be eligible for the switching rewards. 
     
  1. Rewards
  • Participants will receive a $100 voucher upon successful completion of the onboarding process.
  • The reward will be credited within 7 working days after the participant completes the switching process and meets all eligibility criteria.
  • Participants will be notified via email once the reward has been processed.
  • The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items.
  • The reward structure and the value of rewards may be subject to change at the company's discretion. 
     
  1. Misuse of the Switching Program
  • Participants must switch in good faith, intending to use CrimsonLogic's services for legitimate business purposes.
  • Any abuse or misuse of the switching program (e.g., false claims, fraudulent information) will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any benefits. 
     
  1. Termination and Changes
  • CrimsonLogic reserves the right to modify or terminate the switching program at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion.
  • Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated through email and website. 
     
  1. Liability
  • CrimsonLogic is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants during the switching process.
  • CrimsonLogic will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the suspension, variation, or termination of this switching program. 
     
  1. Privacy
  • All personal information collected as part of the switching program will be used in accordance with CrimsonLogic's Privacy Policy.
  • By participating in the switching program, participants consent to their data being processed for the purpose of the program. 
     
  1. Agreement to Terms
  • Participation in the switching program constitutes an agreement to these terms and conditions.
  • CrimsonLogic reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions. 
     
  1. General
    • The total number of rewards to be disbursed is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Any changes to the program are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms.
    • Any disputes or issues arising from the switching program will be resolved at the company's discretion.
    • The company’s decision on all matters relating to the program is final and binding.
