Terms & Conditions for Referral Program (ASEAN)

  1. Eligibility
    • The referral program is open to existing customers and partner trade associations of CrimsonLogic (“Referrer”).
    • Referred companies ("Referred") must be new customers who have not previously registered with CrimsonLogic.

    • Employees of CrimsonLogic Pte Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible for the referral program.

       

  2. Referral Process
    • Referrers must use the unique referral code provided by CrimsonLogic to refer new customers within the campaign period (4 July 2024 to 31 December 2024).
    • Referred customers must sign up using the unique referral code for the referral to be valid.

    • Referrers may make multiple referrals and be entitled to multiple rewards, subject to the total number of rewards available to be disbursed.

       

  3. Referral Rewards
    • Individual Referrers will receive a $100 voucher for each successful referral while partner trade associations will receive $100 cash for each successful referral.
    • A referral is considered successful when the Referred customer signs up and successfully completes the onboarding process.
    • The reward will be credited to individual Referrers within 7 working days after the Referred customer meets the eligibility criteria.
    • The reward will be credited to trade associations within 10 working days after CrimsonLogic receives invoice from trade association. Referred customer must meet the eligibility criteria before invoice is issued.
    • Referrer will be notified via email once the reward has been processed.
    • The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items.
    • The reward structure and the value of rewards may be subject to change at the company's discretion.

    • The total number of rewards to be disbursed is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

       

  4. Referred Customer Benefits
    • The Referred customer will receive a $100 voucher as part of the referral program upon successful completion of the onboarding process.
    • The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items.

    • Referred customer will be notified via email once the reward has been processed.

       

  5. Misuse of the Referral Program
    • Referrals must be made in good faith for the purpose of establishing a long-term business relationship.

    • Any abuse or misuse of the referral program (e.g., self-referrals, fraudulent accounts) will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any earned rewards.

       

  6. Termination and Changes
    • CrimsonLogic reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion.

    • Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated through email and website.

       

  7. Liability
    • CrimsonLogic is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Referrers or Referred customers during the referral process.

    • CrimsonLogic will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the suspension, variation, or termination of this referral program.

       

  8. Privacy
    • All personal information collected as part of the referral program will be used in accordance with CrimsonLogic's Privacy Policy.

    • By participating in the referral program, both Referrers and Referred customers consent to their data being processed for the purpose of the program.

       

  9. Agreement to Terms
    • Participation in the referral program constitutes an agreement to these terms and conditions.

    • CrimsonLogic reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.

       

  10. General
    • Any changes to the program are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms.
    • Any disputes or issues arising from the referral program will be resolved at the company's discretion.
    • By participating in the referral program, Referrers and Referred customers agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth by the company.
