Terms & Conditions for Amazon U.S. Sellers

  1. Eligibility
    • This Promotion is offered to new CrimsonLogic customers only and is strictly non-transferable.
    • Employees of CrimsonLogic Pte Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible for the referral program.

    • This promotion is only applicable to new sign-ups during the promotional period.

       

  2. Promotion Period
    • This Promotion is valid from 29 August 2024 to 31 December 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

    • CrimsonLogic Pte Ltd reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion or extend the Promotion Period at any time without assigning any reason.

       

  3. Promotions and Offers
    • A discount of 20% off CrimsonLogic’s standard rates applicable to new CrimsonLogic customers shall apply to qualifying services (“Promotions”), subject to terms and conditions.
    • The qualifying services are
      • FDA Managed Services
      • Foreign Importer of Record Registration
      • U.S. Customs Clearance Services
      • E-Commerce goods clearance program
    • Special rates offered by CrimsonLogic are provided as an indicative guide only. Upon enquiry from seller, CrimsonLogic will review scope of services required and reserves the right to amend rates as applicable.
    • CrimsonLogic will keep track of eligibility for the Promotions and adjust billing for the qualified customers.

    • Promotions are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or other items or services.

       

  4. Misuse of the Promotion

    • Any abuse or misuse of the promotion will result in disqualification.

       

  5. Termination and Changes
    • CrimsonLogic reserves the right to cancel, change, substitute or remove the promotions at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion.

    • Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated through website.

       

  6. Liability
    • CrimsonLogic is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants during the sign up.

    • CrimsonLogic shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Promotion, and/or acceptance, possession and/or (mis)use of the Promotions.

       

  7. Privacy
    • All personal information collected as part of the Promotion (if any) will be used in accordance with CrimsonLogic's Privacy Policy.

    • By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to their data being processed for the purpose of the Promotion.

       

  8. Agreement to Terms
    • Participation in the Promotion constitutes an agreement to these terms and conditions.

    • CrimsonLogic reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.

       

  9. General Conditions
    • Any changes to the program are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms.
    • Any disputes or issues arising from the Promotion will be resolved at the company's discretion.

    • The company’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding.
